April 30th early registration fee $200 ____.
June 30th late registration fee $250____.
Annual Artists Equity Membership (Required to participate)
AE is reducing the membership fee this year from $40 to $25___.
All memberships run from January 1, 2012 to Dec. 31, 2012.
Full time board members get free AE membership. Interested in joining the board? yes___.
Send a 500 kb to 1 mb Jpeg of an example of your artwork by email to duffysart@gmail.com . or a color
photograph 4”X6”, or a CD with one or more of your images. The images are needed for the map,
publication on the website and for promotional advertising.

As a participant of the Studio Tour 2012 I agree to:
1. Deliver one piece of artwork ready for display at the Pacific Grove Art Center on Sat., Sept. 1, 2012 between the hours of 12 noon and 3 PM.
2. I will pick up my artwork on Friday, Oct. 19, 2012 between the hour of 12 noon and 3 PM.
3. I will bring hors d’oeuvres or finger food for the Gala Sept. 28, 2012, at 6:30-7 PM.
4. I also understand that all participants are required to spend at least 2 hours working to assist the Studio Tour.
