Entry Fee:Envelopes must be post marked by the following dates to qualify for a reduced fee.
March 15th  $150 per person
May 30th       $200 per person
June 30th      $250 per person

Eligibility:

Artists agree to open their studio or gallery to the public for the entire 2 days and be present to discuss, demonstrate and sell their artwork.

Each location will be limited to no more than 5 artists exhibiting together.

Each artist will pay the fees required.

Submit a color photograph 4”X6”or Jpeg of an example of your artwork for publication on the web site and for promotional advertising deemed necessary. Send jpeg to duffyart@sbcglobal.net.

Submit at least one lead for a possible corporate sponsor or funding contributor.

Volunteer 3 hrs towards the studio tour success (see list below)

Deliver and pick up one piece of art to the Pacific Grove Art Center for the opening reception.

 

 

 

Delivery and Return of Work:

     All artists are responsible for delivery and pick up of their work from the PG Art Center. All pieces must be labeled (Artist, Title, Media, Size, Value or NFS) PG Art Center will collect 40% from the sales so price accordingly.  Work not picked up will be stored with a fee of $15 per day payable to Artist Equity upon surrender of work to artist.
